He just had an operation to remove some plastic wire mesh from his stomach which caused him to vomit from last night until this morning while we were waiting outside the vet.

I know the source of the wire mesh - the floor mat at ninja's house.

Coz it's actually not his first time bitting and swallowing the floor mat because he vomited out the mesh few days later but this is definitely the first (and hopefully the last) time where he vomited so much.

Operation to cut open his stomach to remove... costs about $1000.

Now I really understand the meaning of "having savings" coz I definitely panicked when I was told that it is so expensive.

Guess the vet could see it in my eyes as well because afterwards she advised that certain stuff can be optional thus reducing the cost significantly.
